RENT COLLECTION
timely collection and deposits of all rents. 3 Day notices when rents are not received by the 6th day of every month
MAINTENANCE
24/7 handling all maintenance calls to schedule and supervise repairs, alterations, and improvements to the property
PAYABLES
coordinate the payment of any service rendered, plus verify any licenses, permits and utility payments
PORTAL ACCESS
tenants can easily pay their rent online and view account balance; owners can see their statements and portfolio balance
EVICTIONS
serve all required notices to tenants and appear in court on our clients behalf
OFFICE HOURS & EMERGENCIES
our corporate office is open Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, and we offer a 24 hour emergency line
